My job is to keep the operation lean and the growth real, not to bolt technology on for its own sake.

ClockWork is a subscription app and web portal that runs payroll, attendance, and HR for household staff, the cook, driver, maid, nanny, and guard who keep a home running. I prepare investment memos and scenario analyses that give decision-makers a clear view of the downside before they commit. The goal is fewer surprises, not louder opinions.
Husking Pollution Initiative
Husking Pollution Initiative turned agricultural waste, rice husk that would otherwise be burned, into school furniture for children who had none. I raised the funds, ran operations, and partnered with NGOs and schools across Delhi and Montreal to design, build, and donate the desks. It started as a problem I could see from a window and became a working supply chain.
