I do not just study AI. I build it, train it, and deploy it inside real companies where the numbers have to hold up. Over the last two years I have replaced human contact centers with AI systems, launched a company that sells AI sales teams, and led an old lending business into an AI-first way of operating.
My approach starts with the boring parts most people skip, the workflows, the data, the handoffs, and then layers intelligence on top of them so the automation actually sticks. At Desert Rock Capital I rebuilt communication, marketing, lead management, and customer engagement around AI, and at Onshore AI I package that same discipline into turnkey sales teams for other B2C businesses. The AI minor at the University of Miami gives me the theory, but the work I ship in St. George is where I learn what really moves cost, speed, and revenue.
I build and train AI agents that handle inbound and outbound calls, using power dialers to run the volume a human floor never could.
I wire lead capture, routing, follow-up, and marketing into automated systems using Zapier, GoHighLevel, and CRM platforms so nothing falls through the cracks.
I have swapped out a traditional contact center for AI-driven communication that runs around the clock on far leaner infrastructure.
Through Onshore AI I stand up complete AI sales teams for clients, from the first build through training and live deployment.
I take an existing operation apart and rebuild it around AI, aligning the systems so the whole company runs faster and cheaper.
I turn AI capability into shipped products, most recently ClockWork, a payroll and HR app for household staff launching in India.
TEDx speaker and a 5x national debate qualifier. I translate what AI can actually do into plain language for teams and rooms, not hype.

Old armor, new playbook.
